How to sell in this market?

I'm ask this question time and time again. I will just give you a straight answer, your not priced to sell!!! In this market it is price,condition and very important marketing. No matter how great the price and home is if nobody knows about it what is the point. You need all 3 to sell in this market. If you have no equity you still can sell and price it right through a short sale. You have options in this market you just need to know what is right for you.
