In accordance with the City of Zephyrhills Land Use Code some permitted uses are amusements (indoor), auto service station, repair garage and car wash, banks and other financial businesses, building supply, bus station, cabinet shop (custom), dance studiofood service, funeral home, government offices/facilities, health club, hotel/motel, laboratory (testing), laundromat and dry cleaning pick up location, medical/dental clinic, parking lot (commercial), pawn shop, personal services, photographic studio, plant nusery, private social and recreational clubs, professional office, radio or television studio or other media office, rental shop (furniture tool or other), repair shop (small appliance), retail sales, schools (commercial), shopping center, taxi dispatch office, and vocational-technical school. Conditional uses; liquor store, mini-warehouse, mid-rise buildings (3-5 stories) outdoor recreation, tavern, vehicle sales, and veterinarian/animal hospital. These are just a few of the uses we've thought of. |
